  • How much do your services cost?
It is often very difficult in this business to offer a "one size fits all" pricing to the jobs we do. Each particular job is unique in some way. Despite that fact, we make our best attempt to simplify and standardize as many services costs as possible. For the select services that allow us to do so, we offer a listed pricing information here. We understand that transparency and clear communication are important to our customers so we have found that the easiest thing we can do our standard minimum service cost is $99, which does cover the cost of many "one-off" basic handyman service jobs. However, additional costs may apply depending on the specific project and the amount of time and materials required. We will provide you with a quote before beginning any work, so there are no surprises. Please feel free to contact us for more information or to schedule a consultation.
  • Are you Insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. We understand the importance of protecting our customers and their property. Our insurance coverage includes general liability insurance, which provides protection in the event of accidental damage or injury that may occur during the project. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
  • Do you provide all the materials for my project?
Generally, on most standard repairs or maintenance services, we will provide or acquire the necessary materials to complete the job. Cost for this are typically included in your quote or invoice. In regard to installation services or larger home improvement projects we have flexible options in those cases. If you prefer to provide the materials yourself, we can provide you with a list of what is needed. Alternatively, we can purchase the materials on your behalf and include the cost in our quote. Certain jobs, such as door installation for example, the consumable materials used for the job such as shims, foam, fasteners, etc. are included in the labor installation cost. The door, locks & handles, trimmings, painting etc. are typically in addition to the installation fee. Always keep in mind that it is best practice to be sure to discuss the best option for your specific project with an estimate / consultation appointment with our experts.
